On 15 September, a Commission Communication was adopted that set out several policy actions and funding possibilities to drive the initiative forward, which brings a cultural and creative dimension to the European Green Deal.

For the funding, there will be about €85 million dedicated to New European Bauhaus projects in 2021 – 2022. This will come from several EU programmes, including Horizon Europe and notably the Horizon Europe Missions. You can find out more and apply here.

A New European Bauhaus Lab will be established as well, a ‘think and do tank’ to co-create, prototype and test new tools, solutions and policy recommendations.
