On 19^th March, during “Digital Day 2021” EU Member States + Norway + Iceland, signed the Ministerial Declaration on “European Data Gateways as a key element of the EU’s Digital Decade”.

EU Members States committed to align national digital initiatives to focus on the international connectivity pillar where possible, and also called on the European Commission to conduct a series of actions that will fundamentally contribute to achieve the EU’s digital sovereignty and global competitiveness.
