The first results of the call to support the European Green Deal, covering only half of the topics in the contest, have just been known. This is a cross-cutting call under the Horizon 2020 Program, with a global budget of 1000 million euros, focusing on large demonstration projects that bring solutions to the market and which aim to support the European Green Deal, one of the 6 priorities of the European Commission for the 2019-24 period.
There were 127 proposals with the participation of Portuguese entities (with 277 participations), 8 of which were approved (with 14 participations), resulting in an average success rate of about 6%.
