GSK, in partnership with Expresso newspaper, have the honor of inviting you to attend the Digital Conference “Science & Innovation in the Fight against Cancer: the people behind the numbers”, that will take place on April, 14th, 2021 – 18:00 to 20:00 CET, with online transmission through the Facebook page of Expresso (access link to be sent close to the date. No registration needed).
The iniciative is aligned with the “Declaration on effective cancer research Europe”, signed by the Government of Portugal at the end of last year, the European Plan to Combat Cancer, presented in early February, and the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
The objective of the event is to encourage the sharing of experiences and perspectives and, for that, it seeks to bring together specialists from different areas, to address and debate the unmet needs in the area of cancer, whose search for answers constitutes the research engine that impels science to move forward.
